- Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 7 days of placing the order. Orders that have been communicated to vendors/merchants and initiated for shipping cannot be canceled.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables. Refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer can demonstrate quality issues with the delivered product.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The merchant will assess the issue before approval.
- If the delivered product does not match the description on the site or your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please refer directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days.
